All new members will be placed on a 10 day trial status. This will allow you to see if Umbra Sol is for you. Contribution, however, can help boost chances of getting ranked out of trial status. You will have no access to the Company Chest and the ability to invite members. After 10 days (without contribution), you will be ranked up which will give you the ability to use the first Company Chest tab.
For Dungeon and Raid runs, a company member's presence is requested and required on TeamSpeak (TS). You are not required to have a microphone, but you should be present to listen to battle instructions. You can respond via party chat in game. This helps make our dungeon and raid runs smoother, efficient, and fun for all involved.
